We are committed to providing a meaningful life in the community for participants that are mentally challenged, aging, injuries, and have developmental disabilities that require non-medical care. We are committed to assisting our clients in their daily living activities and helping clients realize their full potential. We accomplish this goal by addressing the needs of those served through enriching their lives. Our agency partners with participants, families, and guardians by providing personal care , education, training and support services.
We serve participants with who need care, monitoring, observation, and oversight as needed-daily, weekly, monthly, or 24/7 in their own home environment. We serve participants of all ages who are diagnosed with a care need and/or disability regardless of race, religion, social status, gender, physical and/or mental challenges.

Our mission is to support participants in exercising their freedom to make decisions and preferences, and to give them quality, safe care and service in their own environment. Our services will facilitate independence and promote integration into the community, or his/her own residence.
We make sure our participants have a satisfactory outcome with prompts, education, observing, or training that leads to relationships, dignity, choice, real contribution, and inclusion in community life.
