How we measure care
Our Philosophy
FirstHand Care, Inc. will ensure that our participants are satisfied with our service delivery by using a systematic approach through data collection.
- Our executive director and program director will call our participants families to find out their level of satisfaction.
- We will communicate with our participants, family, and legal guardian to get their feedback on their service satisfaction.
- We will gather information in the following ways: face-to-face, via phone, email, surveys
Program Evaluation of Client Outcome
Our agency has established a program evaluation system to enable the agency to identify the results of services and the effects of the services on the persons served.
