Ohio
Home & Community Care in Ohio
In Ohio, FirstHand Care provides personal care, homemaking, companionship, DODD transportation and HPC, non-skilled nursing, and residential placement supports. Our Ohio programs are separate from our Kentucky waiver services.
Services are based on eligibility, assessed need, authorization, the participant’s person-centered plan, and FirstHand Care’s current provider enrollment and certification, as applicable.
