Adult Day Training
Individualized day services focused on developing and maintaining skills, increasing independence, building social connections, and providing meaningful opportunities for community participation.
Adult Day Health Care
Structured daytime services that combine meaningful activities and community participation with health-related supports and supervision based on each participant’s individual needs.
Positive Behavior Supports
Individualized behavioral services designed to identify needs, strengthen positive skills and behaviors, and support greater independence and successful participation at home and in the community.
Functional Analysis / Consultative Clinical & Therapeutic Services
Assessment and consultation used to better understand factors affecting an individual’s behavior and to develop appropriate strategies and recommendations for the participant and their support team.
Positive Behavior Support Plans
Development of individualized positive behavior support strategies based on the participant’s assessed needs, goals, environment, and person-centered plan.
